Refund policy
If, for any reason you wish to return your purchase, all gola.ca orders can be returned free of charge using our pre-paid service. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging and within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Reminder: All Items must be returned in original shoeboxes in new, unworn condition.
Please note that you must return the items in a shipping box or bag—either new or the one used to ship your original order. Be aware that if the return is not properly packaged, or if the shoe box is used as a shipping box, a handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please keep note of the tracking reference of the package and proof of shipment in case needed for future reference.
Alternatively you can return the items via a courier of your choice, but we’re afraid that this will be at your own expense. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed and any refund to be issued. Please note that all gift cards and delivery charges are non-refundable.
